VON WINNING WEISSBURGUNDER (PINOT BLANC) PFALZ
Von Winning Weissburgunder shows fragrant and crystal-clear aromas classic of Pinot Blanc on the nose. On the palate, the wine is very well-balanced and fresh, and the finish is underlined by a delicate mineral edge. The vines for this white wine from Pfalz are based on deep, calcareous loess and loamy soils, which are excellent for Burgundy varieties and produce wines with a soft character and balanced acidity.

A light to medium fresh style of red from the region of Chieti on the east coast of Italy. Made from the grape varieties Sangiovese and Montepulciano - juicy easy-drinking with aromas of red cherries and tea rose and finishes with a pleasant herbal edge.

Judith’s ‘Pink’ is a fresh and vibrant rosé made from Blaufranckish / Zweigelt, it is the ultimate summer rosé. Light pink in colour, it has aromas of summer red fruits and red cherries with a hint of stone fruits. On the palate, clean, zesty and crisp with a balanced acidity and mineral purity.

Craft beer brewed in Michelstown, Co. Cork. Howling Gale has notes of crisp pink grapefruit and pine needles. Medium body with some biscuit malt sweetness.
